Summer Lovin': party outfits

You will all hopefully have been enjoying the wonderful sunshine we have been experiencing here in the UK this Bank Holiday weekend. I spent much of yesterday sitting outside various coffee shops in Malvern and soaking up every last drop of sunlight. Such a wonderful and unexpected pleasure to be feeling so warm in April.

With the wonderful weather in mind, I decided to play dress-up and put together some fabulous outfits for some special summer soirées:

Super Lucia frames have to be the best sunglasses discovery I have ever made!
I was surfing the blogosphere when I came across these beauties.
I am so excited about Super Lucia sunglasses,
which are part Ray Ban Wayfarer
(but much cooler and less ubiquitous),
and part retro chic.
I can’t wait to get my hands on some to wear in the summer rays.
In fact, I can’t wait for the summer full stop.
Bring on long summer evenings, denim cut offs and pub gardens!

Loving printed harems

My latest obsession is printed harem trousers. They are both incredibly stylish and a fantastic summer staple as are light and airy and can be paired with a simple vest and masculine sandals or wedges. Perfect for an off-duty weekend look which is great for me as my work and casual wardrobes often tend to mix. I came across the perfect pair (below) on Topshop online yesterday, I WANT!
